Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or specific location on the website.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any jurisdiction where we may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, where applicable.
