Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any jurisdiction where we may be found).
Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, where applicable.
